Reproductive Acupuncture

Did you know that there is a special vessel in Traditional Chinese Medicine that goes from the uterus to the heart? This means that gynecological health requires special care and providers that understand how to best nurture and support your health from preconception to postpartum.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy support sessions are designed to help you feel supported and comfortable throughout each stage of pregnancy, without the need for a separate new patient consultation. Care focuses on ongoing symptom relief and gentle, adaptive support as your body changes, with treatments tailored to how you’re feeling at each visit. These sessions provide a space to address physical discomforts, support emotional well-being, and help your body stay balanced and prepared as your pregnancy progresses.

Pregnancy Support $135 (60 min)

Pregnancy support acupuncture is a safe and effective way to manage common symptoms in the early and middle stages of pregnancy. Treatments are tailored to how you’re feeling and may help relieve nausea, back and neck pain, headaches, anxiety, sleep disturbances, bowel changes, and even pregnancy-related sinus congestion. Each session is designed to gently support your body as it changes, helping you feel more comfortable, balanced, and supported throughout your pregnancy.

Labor Prep $135 (60 min)

Labor preparation acupuncture is designed for the final weeks of pregnancy, typically beginning around 36 weeks, with some patients choosing to start earlier with biweekly care from 30–36 weeks. Treatments focus on supporting your body’s natural readiness for labor rather than forcing it. We use acupuncture points traditionally indicated to help soften and prepare the cervix, encourage optimal baby positioning, and promote the body’s natural contraction patterns (we welcome your preferred terminology so we can best support your experience). Frequency may increase as you approach or move beyond your due date, offering continued support during this important transition.

Turn Your Breech Baby (Acupuncture & Moxibustion) $150 (60-75min)

This session focuses on encouraging optimal baby positioning using gentle, non-invasive techniques. You will be guided through how to safely use moxibustion at home, often combined with specific positioning practices to help stimulate fetal movement and encourage baby to turn head-down. Patients leave with clear daily instructions and a small starter kit to begin treatment at home, and partners are welcome to attend so they can feel confident supporting you between visits.

Fertility Support

Acupuncture can support fertility by helping to regulate the body’s natural rhythms and create a more balanced environment for conception. From an East Asian medicine perspective, treatment focuses on improving the flow of Qi and Blood, supporting organ systems such as the Kidneys, Liver, and Spleen, and regulating the menstrual cycle. In modern terms, acupuncture has been shown to help reduce stress, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, support hormonal balance, and enhance ovulatory function. It can be used alongside natural conception or in conjunction with treatments like IVF or IUI, offering both physical and emotional support throughout the process.

New Patient Fertility Acupuncture Consultation & Care Plan $75 (30 min)

A new patient fertility consultation and care plan begins with a 30-minute virtual session where we review your health history and menstrual cycle in depth. Afterward, significant time is spent creating a personalized care plan tailored specifically to you. This plan, provided at your follow-up visit, includes your East Asian Medicine diagnosis, targeted supplement recommendations, and individualized lifestyle guidance to support your fertility journey.

Fertility Acupuncture Follow Up $135 (60 min)

Fertility acupuncture follow-up visits are designed to support you throughout each phase of your menstrual cycle. Most patients are seen weekly so treatments can be timed to meet your body exactly where it is, helping to regulate your cycle, support ovulation, and optimize overall reproductive health. These sessions also allow us to adjust your care plan as needed and provide ongoing support during what can be an emotional process. If you are undergoing treatments such as IVF or IUI, acupuncture can be coordinated alongside your medical care.

Hormone Balance

Are you dealing with pain from endometriosis, irregular cycles related to PCOS, or symptoms like hot flashes and mood changes during perimenopause? Acupuncture and East Asian medicine work to support hormonal balance by regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis, which plays a key role in communication between the brain and reproductive system. By promoting the smooth flow of Qi and Blood and supporting organ systems such as the Liver, Spleen, and Kidneys, treatment can help regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce inflammation, and ease both physical and emotional symptoms. We have worked with many people experiencing these concerns and aim to empower you with the tools, education, and support needed to feel more in control of your health.

New Hormone Balance Acupuncture Consultation & Care Plan $75 (30 min)

A Hormone Balance New Patient Consultation and Care Plan begins with a 30-minute virtual session where we review your health history, symptoms, and cycle patterns to better understand your hormonal picture. From there, a personalized care plan is thoughtfully created and provided at your follow-up visit, including your East Asian Medicine diagnosis, targeted supplement recommendations, and lifestyle guidance to support hormone regulation and symptom relief.

Hormone Balance Acupuncture Follow Up $135 (60 min)

Hormone balance follow-up sessions are designed to support you as your body shifts and responds to treatment over time. Many patients are seen weekly to stay aligned with cycle patterns and symptom changes, while others may choose a different schedule based on their individual goals. These visits allow us to adjust your treatment plan as needed, support regulation of the HPO axis, and provide ongoing guidance to help reduce symptoms such as irregular cycles, pain, mood changes, and sleep disturbances.
